摘要

飞行试验旨在通过特定试飞科目检查飞机及系统在飞行包线内是否工作正常,验证系统参数是否满足设计要求,用试验结果向适航当局表明相应适航条款的符合性.针对民机燃油系统在调整试飞期间特定工况下多次出现燃油不平衡告警,进而给机组人员造成工作负担的问题,在对燃油不平衡告警机理、调整试飞数据和燃油系统自动控制逻辑进行分析的基础上,设计了专用试验程序进行了地面试验,最终定位了故障原因并制定了相应的故障排除措施,为后续的飞行安全提供了保障.

Abstract

The purpose of flight test is to check whether the aircraft and system work normally in the flight envelope through specific flight test subjects,to verify whether the system parameters meet the design requirements,and to show the compliance of the corresponding airworthiness provisions to the airworthiness authority with the test results.Aiming at the problem that the fuel imbalance alarm oc-curred repeatedly in the fuel system of a civil aircraft during the adjustment flight test under specific working conditions,which caused heavy workload for the flight crew,special test procedures were designed for the ground test based on the analysis of the principium of fuel imbalance alarm,the ad-justment flight test data and the automatic control logic of fuel system.Finally,the cause of the fault was found and the corresponding troubleshooting measures were formulated,which provided a guar-antee for the subsequent flight safety.
