为解决当前飞机机务维护保障实装教学存在的问题,总结当前虚拟维修平台在处理维修任务时存在的不足,提出了基于虚拟现实的飞机维修模拟训练系统的设计和实现方法.围绕机务维修模拟训练系统的功能要求,阐述搭建系统的总体组成结构及其基本功能.将维修模拟训练系统总体架构进行设计细化,设计各分系统的具体组成以及功能,基于机务维修训练科目教学需求,设计维修模拟训练系统功能.以航空机务通用发动机原理教学为例,介绍维修模拟训练系统在院校实验室环境中的整体部署及其应用.实际应用表明该系统可作为机务人员进行原理学习和操作演示,为本科和研究生教学进行理论研究和实装运用研究提供模拟训练验证平台,改善研究生试验条件,丰富实战化教学训练手段,为部队和院校的培训和考核提供强有力的保障和技术手段.
Design and Realization of Aircraft Maintenance Simulation Training System Based on Virtual Reality
In order to solve the problems existing in the actual equipment teaching of aircraft mainte-nance support,and summarize the shortcomings of the current virtual maintenance platform in han-dling maintenance tasks,the design and implementation method of aircraft maintenance simulation training system based on virtual reality are proposed.Focusing on the functional requirements of the maintenance simulation training system,this paper expounds the overall composition and basic func-tions of the system,details the overall structure of the maintenance simulation training system,de-signs the specific composition and functions of each subsystem,and designs the maintenance simula-tion training system functions based on the teaching needs of the maintenance training subjects.Final-ly,this paper introduces the overall deployment and application of maintenance simulation training system in college laboratory environment.The practical application shows that the system can be used as a principle learning and operation demonstration for maintenance personnel,provide a simulation training and verification platform for theoretical research and real equipment application research for undergraduate and graduate teaching,improve the experimental conditions for graduate students,en-rich practical teaching and training means,and provide strong support and technical means for train-ing and assessment of troops and colleges.
