Numerical Calculation Study on oil supply characteristics of rotary atomizer
This article focuses on the study of internal flow,jet injection,and particle size distribution characteristics of an axially supplied oil pan applied in a certain reflux combustion chamber.The in-fluence of fuel parameters and rotational speed on the fuel supply characteristics of the fuel thrower was obtained using numerical calculation methods.Research has shown that the distribution charac-teristics of fuel at the nozzle are mainly influenced by centrifugal force,and the coverage area of fuel flow trajectory in the fuel thrower increases with the increase of fuel supply and decreases with the increase of engine speed;The jet velocity increases with the increase of rotational speed;The equiva-lent diameter of the jet decreases with increasing rotational speed and increases with increasing fuel supply.
