飞机燃油系统地面模拟试验是燃油系统研制工作中一项重要内容,为提高地面试验的准确性,文中采用循环神经网络的方法,计算燃油试验在不同状态下边界条件之间的耦合程度以及耦合关系,替代以往对单一环境条件参数调节的方法,提高了边界条件控制的准确性、实时性、敏捷性.确保验证燃油系统设计的正确性、合理性,达到检验燃油系统及其成品的工作性能和协同性的目的.
Research on Fuel Test Technology Based on Dynamic Boundary Condition Control
The ground simulation test of aircraft fuel system is an important element in the develop-ment of fuel system,which simulates the working condition of aircraft fuel system during flight.In order to improve the accuracy of the ground test,the method of recurrent neural network is used to calculate the coupling degree and the coupling relationship between the boundary conditions in differ-ent states of the fuel test.This method replaces the previous method of adjusting a single environment condition parameter,and improves the accuracy and real-time agility of the boundary condition con-trol.It ensures the verification of the correctness and rationality of the fuel system setting and a-chieves the purpose of testing the working performance and synergy of the fuel system and its fin-ished products.
