Research on Fault Diagnosis Method of Electromechanical System Based on Branch and Bound Algorithm
In order to ensure that the aircraft has good fault detection and isolation capability and im-prove the reliability and maintainability of the aircraft electromechanical system,this paper studies the fault diagnosis method of electromechanical system.Based on the analysis of FMECA and the test-ability modeling of typical electromechanical system,combined with the testability model and the safety requirement of aircraft,an integer programming model with high fault mode detection rate,high diagnostic accuracy and low defect rate of test point is established and verified by integer pro-gramming solver CPLEX.Based on the model,a heuristic algorithm based on neighborhood improve-ment is designed to solve the near-optimal model and the branch and bound algorithm to solve the optimal solution.By comparing the results,it is proved that the branch and bound algorithm is effec-tive in the fault diagnosis of electromechanical system.The generalized algorithm is suitable for sol-ving large scale and high coupling problems in similar scenarios.
