摘要

针对飞机压力加油过程中管路冲击压力问题,文中探究了压力加油系统冲击压力抑制方法.基于一维流体网络算法,建立直管、弯头、阀门等元件的数学模型和系统仿真模型,对地面压力加油过程阀门突然关闭过程进行仿真,结果表明:系统中最大冲击压力出现在阀门突然关闭的一瞬间,随时间推移冲击压力呈波动式减小;同时刻长支路中冲击压力要明显大于短支路.在此基础上,提出了 3种抑制冲击压力的方法,分别为延长阀门关闭时间、缩短管道长度和在支路上增加稳压箱,为工程应用中冲击压力的抑制提供了参考和思路.

Abstract

In terms of the problem of impact pressure on pipelines in the process of aircarft pressure refueling,an impact pressure suppression method was studied in this article.Based on one-dimension-al fluid network algorithm,the system simulation and mathematical models of straight pipe,bend,valve and other components in the fuel system are established.the simulation results show that the maximum impact pressure of the system occurs when the valve suddenly closed and it decreased con-cussively with the passage of time.At the same time,the impact pressure in short branch is obviously larger that in long branch.On this basis,the article propose three methods to suppress the impact pressure,which are prolonging the closing time of the valve,decreasing the length of branch and pressurizing the stabilizer on the branch respectively.These methods provide a reference for impact pressure suppression in the engineering application.
