先进航空装备的复杂度、综合性和自动化水平大幅提升,给航空装备维修领域带来前所未有的变革,极大地推动了机务维修领域中科技、制度和体系的发展.为有效提升航空装备的维修保障能力,建立一套具有先进模式和技术的航空装备虚拟维修训练体系显得尤为重要.文中针对航空装备维修培训系统的应用和发展等关键点,从虚拟现实技术的实用化出发,采取理论培训与实践应用结合的方式,探讨航空装备虚拟维修培训系统的各发展方向,从多方面深入解析虚拟现实技术维修培训系统的实际案例,推导出培训系统现存问题、框架优化方案以及拓展方向等信息,以便充分应对新型航空装备的长期维护需求,及调整优化维修保障领域面临的一系列问题.
Application and Development of Virtual Reality Technology in Maintenance Training
The significant increase in complexity,comprehensiveness,and automation level of ad-vanced aviation equipment has brought unprecedented changes to aviation equipment maintenance,greatly promoting the development of technology,system and systems in the field of maintenance.In order to effectively enhance the maintenance and support capabilities of aviation equipment,it is par-ticularly important to establish a virtual maintenance training system for aviation equipment with ad-vanced modes and technologies.This article focuses on the key points of the application and develop-ment of aviation equipment maintenance training systems,starting from the practicality of virtual real-ity technology,and adopts a combination of theoretical training and practical application to explore the various development directions of aviation equipment virtual maintenance training systems.The actual cases of virtual reality technology maintenance training systems were deeply analyzed from multiple aspects,and the existing problems,framework optimization plans and expansion directions of the training system were derived,in order to fully respond to the long-term maintenance needs of new aviation equipment,adjust and optimize a series of problems faced by maintenance support.
