摘要

运输类飞机的燃油系统闪电防护验证是飞机适航验证的重要内容.文中介绍了运输类飞机燃油系统闪电防护的适航要求相关条款和两种适航符合性验证方法的特点,介绍了一般运输类飞机燃油系统闪电防护适航符合性试验验证流程.研究了雷电防护的可燃气体法试验的试验要求、可燃气体配比、标准点火源等试验设备、可燃气体点火阈值验证、可燃气体法试验过程等内容,为此类试验验证的开展提供了参考.

Abstract

The verification of lightning protection for the fuel system of transport aircraft is an im-portant part of aircraft airworthiness verification.This article introduces the airworthiness require-ments for lightning protection in fuel systems of transport aircraft and the characteristics of two air-worthiness compliance verification methods.It also introduces the airworthiness compliance test veri-fication process for lightning protection in fuel systems of general transport aircraft.The test require-ments,combustible gas ratio,standard ignition source and other testing equipment for the combustible gas method test of lightning protection were studied,and the verification of combustible gas ignition threshold and the process of combustible gas method test were also proposed that,provides a refer-ence for the development of such test verification.
