无人机具有无人员伤亡风险、生存能力强、机动性能好等优势,在现代战争中具有重要作用,而外挂物种类决定了无人机的作战性能.设计了无人机复合材料中央翼处的外挂假件,采用有限元分析软件Patran对假件的强度、刚度及稳定性进行分析,并将该假件运用于中央翼在飞行投放状态的静力试验.试验结果表明:该假件可实现多方向,多点加载;在典型载荷下,假件最大应力为195 MPa,小于材料的屈服应力,且位于连接孔的中心处;假件下部存在弯曲变形,且最大变形量为0.3 mm,小于设计要求的0.5 mm;在投放载荷下,外挂物对机翼的变形影响与理论值一致.为类似无人机外挂设计及静力试验提供了参考.
Design of UAV's External Fake Stores and Its Test Application
UAV has no risk of casualties,strong survival ability,good maneuvering characteristics,and so on,It plays an important role in modern war,and the kinds of external stores determine the UAV's military operational performance.In this paper,the external fake store of a certain UAV in its central wing was designed.The strength,stiffness and stability of the fake store have been analyzed by using Patran software,and the fake part was used to complete the static test of central wing in flight release status.The results show that the fake store can realize multiple directions and multi-point's loading.Under the typical load,the fake store's maximum stress which is located in the cen-ter of the connecting hole is 195 MPa,less than the yield stress of the material;the bottom of the fake store has bending deformation and the maximum deformation is 0.3 mm,less than the design require-ment of 0.5 mm.Under the release load,the effect of stores on the wing deformation is consistent with the theoretical value.It offered a reference for stores the analogous UAV store design and its static test.
