摘要
针对如何将碳纤维复合材料强度高、轻量化的优势应用于飞机结构件中的问题,对夹层结构以及所选用的复材成型工艺流程进行设计,从而制备出一种圆环复合材料夹层结构,结合有限元与试验分析,使其适用于飞机壁板结构.通过对碳纤维预浸料的铺层、角度进行分析,将其按所设计的圆环结构铺设于相应模具上,并采用预先确定的热压罐外成型方法对其进行加工,使该方法所制备出的圆环夹层结构应在特定场景中能够替代传统工艺及结构,以较低的工艺资金投入和运营成本,发挥碳纤维复合材料高强度、轻量化的性能,并验证了复合材料壁板结构的可设计性与压溃吸能特性.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of how to apply the advantages of high strength and light weight of carbon fiber composite materials to aircraft structural parts,the sandwich structure and the selected composite molding process are designed to prepare a ring composite sandwich structure.Combined with finite element and experimental analysis,it is suitable for aircraft panel structure.Through the a-nalysis of the layup and angle of the carbon fiber prepreg,it is laid on the corresponding mold ac-cording to the designed ring structure,and it is processed by the pre-determined autoclave external forming method,so that the ring sandwich structure prepared by this method should be able to replace the traditional process and structure in a specific scenario.With lower process capital investment and operating cost,the high strength and lightweight performance of carbon fiber composites materials is brought into play,and the designable ability and crushing energy absorption characteristics of com-posite panel structure are verified.
