Safety Risk Analysis of Air Oil Receiving Device Breakage
When the refueling aircraft and the receiving aircraft are docked in the air,the refueling parachute cone may collide with the receiving device, causing the receiving device to break and fall into the receiving aircraft engine, seriously affecting flight safety. This article explores the boundary conditions for the fracture of the oil receiving device through finite element numerical simulation cal-culation method, and establishes a calculation model for the motion trajectory of the fractured object falling under the influence of the aircraft wake and its own gravity during the oil receiving process.Monte Carlo random sampling method is used to analyze the probability of the fractured object fall-ing into the engine, evaluate the fracture risk and its impact range of the oil receiving device. This study can provide reference and inspiration for the safety analysis of aerial docking between refueling aircraft and receiving aircraft.
