摘要
随着复杂装备数字化和信息化程度日益加深,接口设计和管理难度呈指数级增长,需要建立一套接口设计和管理方法,以解决接口协同设计和有效管控的难题.结合工程实践经验,基于系统工程思想,研究了复杂装备接口管理的基本过程,建立了接口识别与设计的简化流程,定义了各类接口模型,提出了常规研制程序的全生命周期接口设计与管理活动,为复杂装备研制过程中的接口管理工作提供参考,具有较高工程推广实用价值.
Abstract
With the digitization and informationization of complex equipment,the difficulty of inter-face design and management increases exponentially.It is necessary to establish a set of interface de-sign and management methods to solve the problem of interface collaborative design and effective control.Therefore,the basic process of complex equipment interface design and management is stud-ied,the simplified process of interface identification and design is established,various models of in-terface are defined,and the whole lifecycle activities of interface design and management are pro-posed,based on engineering practice and system engineering,which can provide reference for the in-terface management in the process of complex equipment development.
