Training Effectiveness Evaluation Model Based on Combat Personnel Capability Analysis
With the rapid development of national defense modernization and technology,the devel-opment of training system plays an important role in the formation of battle effectiveness.In view of the simple content of the traditional training mode and the lack of objective evaluation of the training effect,this paper proposes a training effectiveness evaluation model based on the capability analysis of the combat personnel.Firstly,according to the ability item of the training object,the evaluation method of the training ability level is set up,the training activity and training resources of the training object are combed,and the correlation model between the ability requirements of the trainee and the training activities is established.Compared with the traditional training effectiveness evaluation model based on the experts'observation,the training effectiveness evaluation model based on the capability analysis provides a more intelligent and objective training evaluation system for the trainees through the capacity item based training resource allocation and evaluation-feedback mechanism.
