Impact on Soil Loss by Different Soil Conservation Measures in the Tea Garden and Orchard of Jian'ou City of Fujian Province
The North Fujian Province Soil Conservation Science & Education Park of Jian'ou City was selected as the test area for the study.Four typical and representative land use types were chose for the analysis of the impact on soil loss by different engineering and vegetation measures. The results show that, from the aspect of the water storage and soil conservation effects by the engineering measures, the soil conservation effect on the horizontal terraces is better than that of slopes;from the aspect of water storage and soil conservation effects by the vegetation measures, the soil conservation effect by plantation of Paspalum notatum Flugge is better than that of no grass in the tea garden;and from the aspect of land use patterns under the same condition of plantation of Paspalum notatum Flugge, the soil conservation effect in tea garden is better than that of orchard.Analysis on the impact factors of soil erosion show that, the runoff depth and erosion amount in the four test plots are closely related to rainfall and I30,and the main rainfall characteristics have a significant impact on runoff and sediment production. The study result will provide the reference for the soil erosion prevention and management in this region.
