Benefit Evaluation of Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Civilization Construction based on TOPSIS Method
Soil and water conservation is the main content of ecological civilization construction. It is particularly important to select appropriate indicators and methods to evaluate the benefits of soil and water conservation in an area.Taking small watersheds in three regions in Xinjiang as research units, this paper selected 12 indicators of ecological function evaluation of soil and water conservation ecological function areas in the norms, use expert scoring to score each indicator, and obtain subjective weights of different indicators, and use entropy weight method to obtain objective weight of different indicators. Then combines objective and subjective weights to obtain a comprehensive weight. The index data of the three regions are collected, calculated and sorted by TOPSIS,and the comprehensive scores of different regions are obtained. The results show that, from 2000 to 2020,the comprehensive scores of the three regions have increased to a certain extent, with good soil and water conservation ecological construction benefit.Analyzing the first six indicators with large weights, the vegetation coverage index and forest and grassland coverage rate of the three regions have increased to a certain extent, while the area of cultivated land and construction land has decreased correspondingly, the proportion of eroded soil area and the main pollution emission intensity of pollutants has decreased, indicating that soil and water conservation has achieved positive results.Based on the analysis results of the three regions, measures are proposed for further strengthening of the soil and water conservation.
