Evaluation of Soil and Water Loss Control in Yunfu City Based on VIKOR Coupling Coordination Model
Since the reform and opening up,China has achieved remarkable economic and social development,but at the same time,a series of environmental problems have also emerged,among which soil erosion is particularly prominent.Taking Yunfu City of Guangdong Province as an example,an evaluation index system for soil erosion control and economic and social development was constructed.The entropy method was used to calculate the weight of the indicators,and the VIKOR coupling coordination model was used to comprehensively evaluate the soil erosion control and economic and social development of Yunfu City from 2010 to 2023.The results show that:(1)from 2010 to 2023,the ratio coefficient of soil erosion control and economic and social development benefits in Yunfu City showed an overall fluctuating and decreasing trend.Among which,soil erosion in Yunfu City was more severe in 2010 and 2012,and the high-speed development of the economy and society will to some extent slow down the speed of soil erosion control;(2)From 2010 to 2023,the coupling coordination index between soil erosion control and economic and social development in Yunfu City continued to rise.The coordination degree went through seven stages in sequence:moderate imbalance,mild imbalance,on the verge of coordination,barely coordination,intermediate coordination,good coordination,and high-quality coordination.Since 2021,Yunfu City has achieved high-quality coordination between soil erosion control and economic and social development;(3)The conclusions of the VIKOR model and the coupling coordination model on the evaluation of soil erosion control in Yunfu City are basically consistent,and the research results have certain reference significance for the next step of soil and water conservation work in Yunfu City.
