Digital Empowerment of High-Quality Supply of Public Services for National Fitness:Mechanisms,Difficulties and Paths
This paper uses literature and PEST model analysis to comprehensively analyze the dynamic mechanism of the high-quality supply of digitally empowered public services for national fitness,and provides a promotion path based on the actual difficulties.Power mechanism:precise supply decision-making;Generate market vitali-ty;bridging the digital divide;Reinvent service processes.Practical difficulties:limited platform application and immature digital infrastructure;The bureaucratic system is constrained,and the institutional mechanism is not per-fect;redundant organizational operations and unclear division of powers and responsibilities;low digital literacy and unequal enjoyment of results;The rule of law system is lagging behind,and network supervision is not in place.Promotion path:build an intelligent governance chain of public services for national fitness;Construct a diversified supply model for public services for national fitness;improve the homogeneous operation mechanism of public serv-ices for national fitness;strengthen the digitalization of public services for national fitness;Ensure an efficient su-pervision system for public services for national fitness.It aims to provide relevant theoretical guidance and practi-cal reference for the intelligent public service system that integrates good governance,strong foundation,industrial development and benefiting the people.
