Motivation,Challenge and Countermeasures of PE Teachers' Transformation Under the Background of Education Digitization
The consensus of education digitization promotes the continuous acceleration of school physical education digitization innovation,which means that it is necessary to promote the transformation of physical education teachers under the background of education digitization and develop the digital teaching ability of physical education teach-ers.By using the method of literature and logic analysis,this paper analyzes the motivation,challenges and coun-termeasures of the transformation of PE teachers in China under the background of education digitization.It is be-lieved that the realization of digital China strategy,the cultivation of students' digital literacy and the digital govern-ance of school sports are the important factors to promote the transformation of physical education teachers under the background of digital education.However,the current concept of"sense of identity"is weak,the platform"sense of gap"is prominent,the system"sense of security"is weak,the education"sense of crisis"is strength-ened,and the achievement"sense of gain"is weakened under the background of digital education.To promote the transformation of physical education teachers under the background of digital education,relevant measures need to be accurately determined from the dimensions of pre-service training,policy design,platform construction,eth-ical compliance,and application of results,so as to provide ideas and references for effective governance of their transformation.
