The Impact of Cumulative Ecological Risk on College Students' Exercise Procrastination:the Mediating Effect of Self-Control and the Moderating Effect of Exercise Atmosphere
Objective:To study the impact of cumulative ecological risk on college students' exercise delay, and to investigate the mediating effect of self-control and the regulating effect of exercise atmosphere. Methods:The cu-mulative ecological risk scale,self-control scale, exercise atmosphere scale and exercise procrastination scale were used to survey 903 college students from five universities in Jiangxi Province, and the structural equation mod-el was constructed by Amos to fit the data.Results:(1)There is a significant correlation between accumulating ecological risks,self-control,exercise atmosphere and delay of college student motion(P<0.01).(2)Cu-mulative ecological risk can significantly positively predict college students' movement delay(β =0.612∗∗),and negatively predict college students' self-control(β=-0.342∗∗),and self-control has some mediating effects. When accumulating ecological risks and self-control joint forecasting college student movement delay, the R?interpretation force is increased and the path coefficients are significant, indicating that there is some intermedi-ary effects in self-control.(3)The exercise atmosphere regulates the path of cumulative ecological risk and col-lege students' self-control(β =-0.164∗∗,t =-6.250,P =0.000).Conclusion:Cumulative ecological risk has a positive predictive effect on college students' exercise delay.Self-control is the mediating variable of cumulative ecological risk affecting college students' exercise delay.Exercise atmosphere is a moderating variable.
