Study on the Influence of Suspension Training on the Core Stability of Taekwondo Athletes
Objective:To explore the difference between suspension training and traditional core strength training on the effect of Taekwondo athletes, and to provide basis for further optimization of suspension training program and exploration of new effective training methods. Methods:Through the experimental research method,16 taekwondo athletes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and performed suspension training and traditional core strength training for 8 weeks. Finally, compare and analyze the results of the eight level abdominal bridge and 20 second single leg controlled leg lateral kick tests before and after training in two groups, and compare and analyze the impact of different training methods on the core stability of Taekwondo athletes. Results:After 8 weeks of training, the test scores of grade 8 abdominal bridge and 20s controlled leg transverse kick in the experi-mental group were significantly improved(P<0.01),while the control group athletes showed a certain degree of improvement in their level 8 abdominal bridge and 20 second leg control kick test scores, but there was no signifi-cant difference(P>0.05).The improvement effect of suspension training on various test scores is better than that of traditional core strength training(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both suspension training and traditional core strength training can enhance the core stability and specialized technical abilities of Taekwondo athletes, but sus-pension training has a better effect on improving the core stability and specialized technical abilities of Taekwondo athletes than traditional core strength training.
