家人支持对青少年女生体育参与水平的影响研究——基于链式中介模型分析

摘要
目的:旨在了解影响青少年女生体育参与水平的因素和相关作用机制的基础上,形成科学的预防和干预方案.方法:调查中国16 个地区的 1588 名中学女生,使用逐步回归方法并构建链式中介效应,考察家人支持、校外锻炼行为、校内锻炼行为与青少年女生体育参与水平的之间关系.结果:家人支持、校内锻炼行为、校外锻炼行为对青少年女生体育参与水平的预测作用显著(B=0.139,t=7.783∗∗;B=0.137,t=4.941∗∗;B=0.195,t=8.756∗∗),家人支持对体育参与水平的直接影响占总效应73.99%.Ind1:家人支持->校外锻炼行为->体育参与水平与Ind3:家人支持->校外锻炼行为->校内锻炼行为->体育参与水平的效应具有显著意义.结论:家人支持通过校外锻炼行为、校内锻炼行为的链式中介作用间接预测青少年女生体育参与水平.因此,以家人支持为主要推动力,结合学校体育和社区体育为主要实施场地,制定相关体质健康干预方案,干预青少年女生的校内和校外体育锻炼行为,从而提高青少年女生的体育参与水平.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the factors affecting the participation level of adolescent girls in sports and the relevant mechanisms to form a scientific prevention and intervention program.Methods:1588 middle school girls from 16 regions in China were investigated by stepwise regression method and chain mediation effect was construc-ted to investigate the relationship between family support,out-of-school exercise behavior,in-school exercise behavior and sports participation level of adolescent girls.Results:Family support,in-school exercise behavior and out-of-school exercise behavior predicted the level of adolescent girls'sports participation significantly(B=0.139,t=7.783∗∗;B=0.137,t=4.941∗∗;B=0.195,t=8.756∗∗),the direct effect of family sup-port on sports participation level accounted for 73.99%of the total effect.Ind1:Family support->out-of-school exercise behavior->Sports participation level and Ind3:Family support->out-of-school exercis e behavior->in-school exercise behavior->Sports participation level have significant effects.Conclusion:Family support indirectly predicts the level of adolescent girls'sports participation through the chain mediating effect of out-of-school exercise behavior and in-school exercise behavior.Therefore,with family support as the main driving force,combined with school sports and community sports as the main implementation site,the development of relevant physical health intervention programs to intervene in the physical exercise behavior of adolescent girls in school and outside school,so as to improve the level of sports participation of adolescent girls.
