摘要
目的:把握我国健康素养的研究现状和热点前沿,为我国健康素养研究工作提供依据和参考.方法:以 2005-2023 年中国知网的核心期刊和CSSCI为数据来源,使用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱并加以分析.结果:我国健康素养研究整体处于平稳增长的积极态势,作者之间、研究机构之间的合作关系并不紧密,尚未形成具有凝聚力的研究群体;健康素养、影响因素、健康教育、学生、居民和健康促进是目前研究的主要热点;通过关键词聚类分析,概括了健康素养实践研究、健康素养教育研究、健康素养服务研究以及健康信息素养与传播研究为四大研究方向.结论:知识图谱直观可视化地展示了我国健康素养的研究现状,明确了研究热点和未来发展趋势.
Abstract
Purpose:To grasp the current research status and hot topics of health literacy in my country,and to pro-vide basis and reference for the research work on health literacy in my country.Method:Using the core journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure and CSSCI from 2005 to 2023 as data sources,CiteSpace software was used to draw a knowledge map and analyze it.Results:The overall health literacy research in my country is in a positive trend of steady growth.The cooperative relationship between authors and research institutions is not close,and a cohesive research group has not yet been formed;health literacy,influencing factors,health education,students,residents and Health promotion is the main focus of current research;through keyword cluster analysis,four major research directions are summarized:health literacy practice research,health literacy education research,health literacy service research,and health information literacy and communication research.Conclusion:The knowledge graph intuitively and visually displays the current research status of health literacy in my country,and clarifies research hot spots and future development trends.
