Community Sports Elderly Friendly Services and Subjective Well-Being of the Elderly:The Chain Mediating Role of Neighborhood Relations and Physical Exercise
With the advent of population aging,the mental health of the elderly is a problem that needs to be solved in China,and has been concerned by most scholars in China.In this study,a cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate and analyze 398 elderly people in Changzhutan area using the Physical Education Service Scale,the Neighborhood Relationship Scale,the Physical Activity Rating Scale,and the Subjective Well-being Scale for the Elderly,and to examine how neighborhood relationships and physical exercise may act as mediators in the stud-y.in the influence of physical fitness programs on the subjective well-being of older adults.in urban communities.The results show that there is a correlation between physical fitness services for the elderly,neighborhood relations,physical activity,and subjective well-being in the elderly.Physical fitness services for the elderly can positively predict neighborhood relationship and physical exercise,as well as the subjective well-being of the elderly.Neighborhood relationship positively predicted physical activity and Subjective well-being in the elderly.In older adults,physical activity was found to have a positive association with subjective well-being.Neighborhood rela-tionship and physical exercise play a mediating role in the relationship between physical fitness services and the subjective well-being of the elderly.Neighborhood relationship and physical exercise play a chain mediating role between physical fitness services and the subjective well-being of the elderly.The research suggests:1.Enhance the development of community sports facilities to make exercise more accessible;2.Promote a variety of sports ac-tivities for all ages,including fitness and leisure programs for seniors,to foster a vibrant sports culture in the com-munity;3.Improve the connections and interactions within the local community to foster a strong sense of commu-nity.
