摘要
本文采用文献资料法,基于对二十大精神建设体育强国的认识,探求青少年体育教育培训业智慧化建设.本文认为青少年体育教育培训业智慧化建设存在着外源性供给与内源性延伸两大动力机制.阻滞困境:理念缺失:青少年体育教育培训业智慧化建设观念滞后;技术制约:青少年体育教育培训业智慧化建设应用单一;治理懈怠:青少年体育教育培训业智慧化建设协同机制匮乏;社会支持局限:青少年体育教育培训业智慧化建设程度落后.策略展望:聚焦体育培训认知变革,驱动智慧化引擎;促进体育产业技术革新,增强智慧化动力;增强体育产业共生治理,拓宽智慧化路径;整合体育培训社会支持,夯实智慧化基础.
Abstract
Based on the background of the revision of the sports law of the People's Republic of China,this paper explores the intellectual construction of the youth sports education and training industry.This paper holds that there are two dynamic mechanisms of external supply and internal extension in the intelligent construction of the juvenile physical education and training industry.Organizational dilemma:lag in concept cognition,lack of intelligent ide-as;technical constraints,single application of intelligent;limited social support,backward degree of intelligent;lack of coordination mechanisms,intelligent governance lackadaisical.Strategy Outlook:focusing on cognitive change to drive the intellectualization engine;focusing on technological innovation to enhance the impetus of intel-lectualization;focusing on social support to consolidate the foundation of intellectualization;focusing on deepening governance to broaden the path of intellectualization.
