复合式训练中不同强度深蹲及间歇对纵跳表现的影响

纵跳能力是影响篮球运动员赛场表现的重要因素。近年来复合式训练被广泛运用于弹跳训练中。研究主要采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法进行研究,旨在分析复合式训练中不同负荷和次数深蹲抗阻训练以及间歇时间对反向纵跳表现的影响,为复合式训练方法的完善和篮球弹跳训练的发展提供可参考的依据。实验选择十种不同负荷和重复次数组合的深蹲为抗阻训练,并记录抗阻训练后不同间歇时间的反向纵跳成绩。结果表明,不同强度深蹲及间歇对反向纵跳表现的影响存在差异,对反向纵跳表现提高最有利的组合为5 次75%1RM深蹲后间歇2 分钟,反向纵跳成绩较抗阻前提高了7。03%。
Effects of Different Intensity Squats and Intervals on Vertical Jump Performance in Complex Training
Vertical jumping ability is an important factor that affects the performance of basketball players.In re-cent years,compound training has been widely used in bouncing training.The research mainly adopts the method of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,aiming to analyze the influence of squat resistance training with different loads and times and interval time on reverse longitudinal jump performance in compound training,so as to provide a reference for the improvement of compound training method and the development of basketball bounce training.In the experiment,ten squats with different loads and repetitions were selected as resistance train-ing,and the reverse longitudinal jump results at different intervals after resistance training were recorded.The re-sults showed that different intensity squat and interval had different effects on the reverse longitudinal jump perform-ance.The most favorable combination for improving the reverse longitudinal jump performance was 5 times 75%1RM squat with interval of 2 minutes,and the reverse longitudinal jump performance was improved by 7.03%com-pared with that before resistance.
