Analysis and Applied Methods of"Aerobic Power"in Endurance Training
In the field of competitive sports, endurance training is a key point in improving the competitive per-formance of most sports athletes."aerobic power",as a core concept in endurance training, its scientific connota-tion and practical application have always been a hot topic in training research.Although the term"aerobic pow-er"frequently appears in coaches'daily communication and domestic and foreign sports academic literature, there is still no academic consensus on its definition and theoretical significance, which to some extent limits the in-depth development and practical innovation of endurance training related theories. This study systematically reviewed and deeply explored the concept of"aerobic power"through literature review and logical analysis methods, combined with practical training cases of German foreign coaches in Guangdong canoeing team.It was found that"aerobic power"has multiple interpretations in different studies, but it is generally recognized that it is closely related to VO2max.This study takes the canoe sprint event as an example to further analyze the application of"aerobic pow-er"in training practice, revealing its important value in athlete aerobic capacity evaluation and training load moni-toring.The results show that defining the concept and connotation of"aerobic power"and establishing a standard-ized testing and evaluation system are of great significance for precise athlete endurance training and optimizing the training process. This study aims to provide new theoretical dimensions for domestic training theory, and to provide case studies and innovative strategies for endurance training practice.
