高强度间歇训练对足球运动员有氧耐力影响的研究进展

高强度间歇训练(high intensity interval training,HIIT)是严格控制间歇时间,使机体在不完全恢复的状态下,进行下一次训练的体能训练方法。为探寻如何通过优化HIIT训练策略,提高足球运动员有氧耐力训练理论,对HIIT的概念及其对足球运动员的应用效果、作用机制进行系统性综述。结果表明,HIIT对足球运动员有氧耐力的应用效果表现为在提高有氧耐力的同时节省训练时间;操作要素变化会带来不同的影响;HIIT对运动员有氧耐力提升的潜在生理机制机与体热适应能力、乳酸转运和脂肪供能能力提高有关。建议在目前研究成果的基础上,丰富HIIT的应用对象与生理机制的探讨,同时结合当前足球赛事密集、体能训练时间少的特点将HIIT与周期训练相结合,加深实践和科学研究领域对足球运动员HIIT方案设计的融合度。
Research Progress on the Effect of High Intensity Interval Training on Aerobic Endurance in Football Players
High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)is a physical fitness training method that strictly controls the in-tervals between exercises,causing the body to undergo the next training session without complete recovery.To ex-plore how to optimize HIIT training strategies and enhance aerobic endurance training theories for football players,a systematic review is conducted on the concept of HIIT,its application effects on football players,and its underly-ing mechanisms.The results show that the application effect of HIIT on football players'aerobic endurance is mani-fested in improving aerobic endurance while saving training time;changes in operational elements can bring about different impacts;the potential physiological mechanisms for improving aerobic endurance in athletes are related to the enhancement of thermoregulatory capacity,lactate transport,and fat metabolism capabilities.It is suggested that,based on current research findings,the application objects and physiological mechanisms of HIIT should be further explored,and HIIT should be combined with periodized training in light of the current characteristics of football matches being closely spaced and the limited time available for physical training,to deepen the integration of practice and scientific research in the design of HIIT programs for football players.
