Effect of FMS Correction Training on Prevention and Treatment of Special Trauma in Table Tennis
Objective:To explore the effect of FMS correction training on the risk of sports injuries in college table tennis students, and to provide a reference for the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries in table tennis training.Method:36 table tennis specialty students from a university were selected as the experimental subjects for FMS tes-ting,and they were divided into training and control groups by stratification. The training group received 6 weeks of FMS correction training in addition to their regular training, while the control group students only received regular training. The FMS test was conducted again after the experiment.Results:(1)After 6 weeks of FMS correction training, the total FMS score of the students in the training group increased significantly(p<0.05),and the FMS score in the control group did not change significantly p>0.05),and the total FMS score of the training group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05);(2)After 6 weeks of FMS correction training, the test scores of overhead squat, hurdle step, shoulder flexibility and trunk rotation stability of the students in the training group were significantly improved(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the individual scores of each item in the control group(P>0.05),and the test scores of hurdle step, shoulder flexibility and trunk rotation stability in the training group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:FMS correction training can effectively improve the flexibility of shoulder and thoracic spine, enhance the stability of hip, knee, ankle and core, and improve the movement mode, thereby reducing the risk of sports in-jury in table tennis students.
