优秀艺术体操运动员王子露带操成套关键环节的能量代谢研究

目的:本研究旨在通过对艺术体操运动员王子露队内测验的生物力学分析及能量供应分析,为提高成套比赛完成质量和规格提供科学依据。方法:采用能量代谢测试和表面肌电绕带测试,通过PCr-La-O2 法探究了王子露的带操成套动作专项供能比例。提出针对性训练策略,并通过表面肌电测试王子露专项动作稳定性。结果:王子露成套带操功能比例为有氧供能40。41%,糖酵解供能28。84%,磷酸原供能30。76%;经过16 周与专项结合的代谢训练,专项成套后半套上肢肌肉平均振幅明显提高,带型波幅较稳定。结论:能量代谢与专项动作的稳定性关系较大,能量代谢与专项动作的稳定性关系较大,根据运动员的实际特点进行针对性的体能训练辅助专项训练,提高乳酸代谢能力及耐乳酸能力,对专项动作的稳定性能有较大提高。
Energy Metabolism of Key Links in the Outstanding Rhythmic Gymnast Wang Zilu's
Purpose:This study aims to provide scientific basis for improving the quality and specifications of com-plete sets of competitions through biomechanical analysis and energy supply analysis of rhythmic gymnast Wang Zilu's in-team test.Methods:The energy metabolism test and the surface electromyography tape wrapping test were used to explore the specific energy supply ratio of Wang Zilu's complete set of belt exercises through the PCr-La-O2 method.Propose targeted training strategies and test the stability of Wang Zilu's special movements through sur-face electromyography.Results:The proportion of Wang Zilu's complete set of belt exercises was aerobic energy supply 40.41%,glycolysis energy supply 28.84%,and phosphate energy supply 30.76%;after 16 weeks of met-abolic training combined with special-purpose exercises,the average upper limb muscles in the second half of the special-purpose complete set The amplitude is significantly increased,and the band amplitude is relatively stable.Conclusion:Energy metabolism is closely related to the stability of special movements,and energy metabolism is closely related to the stability of special movements.According to the actual characteristics of athletes,targeted physical training should be carried out to assist special training to improve lactic acid metabolism and lactic acid tolerance.The stability of special movements has been greatly improved.
