摘要
面对世界百年未有之大变局与中华民族伟大复兴,青年作为两岸社会的重要组成和未来两岸社会各项建设的生力军与主力军,他们的交流互动特别是融合发展,可逐步消减两岸彼此的疏离与误解、增强"两岸一家亲"氛围,进而推动两岸关系和平发展.青年在社会阅历、工作经验、个人财富、价值观念等方面具有"不成熟"特质,但同时又具有历史"包袱"少、接受新生事物快、精力充沛、可塑性强等优秀特质,在推动两岸青年融合发展过程中需要特别加以关注.当前,台湾当局对大陆民众赴台施加诸多限制,但大陆方面仍在实践中不断探索,通过公共平台模式和个体平台模式,以短期交流参访、学术交流、学历教育和就业创业等路径,推进两岸青年融合发展,以助力中国式现代化建设、实现中华民族伟大复兴.
Abstract
In the face of the great changes unseen in a century and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,young people on both sides of the Taiwan Straits are regarded as an important component of the society and a driving and main force in the future of the social construction,whose exchanges and interactions,especially whose integrated development,can gradually reduce the alienation and misunderstanding between the two sides,enhance the atmosphere of"one family across the Taiwan Straits",and thus promote the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations.Young people have"immature"characteristics in terms of social experience,work experience,personal wealth and values,but at the same time,they have excellent characteristics such as less historical"burden",quick acceptance of new things,vigorous energy and strong plasticity,which need special attention in the process of promoting the integrated development of young people on both sides of the Straits.At present,the Taiwan authorities have imposed many restrictions on people of the mainland going to Taiwan.But the mainland is still exploring in practice to promote the integrated development of young people across the Straits by short-term exchanges and visits,academic exchanges,academic education,employment,entrepreneurship and other paths through public and individual platforms,so as to promote the Chinese modernization drive and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
