Taiwan businesses and enterprises have actively participated in Chinese-style modernization by entering the mainland's foreign trade and cross-Strait trade,investing in the mainland market and"The Belt and Road Initiative",deepening cross-Strait industrial links,and promoting cross-Strait technological cooperation.Taiwan has become an important participant,contributor and beneficiary of Chinese-style modernization.However,due to the political obstacles created by the DPP authorities,the implementation of the strategy of curbing China by external forces,and the high-quality economic development of the mainland,Taiwan's participation in Chinese-style modernization faces unprecedented challenges.In the context of profound changes in international geopolitics,we should do our best to turn the crisis into a turning point,share the fruits of people-centered development,strengthen the sense of national identity and mission of Taiwan businesses and enterprises,establish a new pattern of independent cross-Strait economic cooperation,and promote industrial upgrading led by the new quality of productive forces,so as to realize the transition from external market-driven to"independent"connectivity,and make Taiwan's participation in Chinese-style modernization more resilient and has greater development potential.
