The evaluation of health professional titles plays a positive role in the development of health professionals and technical talents.The formulation of the evaluation policy and the reform of the evaluation system is complex,sensitive and have a wide range of impact,thus extensive attention has been drawn.Since 1993,on the basis of initial exploration,Fujian Province has adjusted and improved the senior health title evaluation policy,clarified the promotion mechanism of health technical person-nel,and gradually established a relatively integrated evaluation system covering five categories,namely medicine,pharmacy,nursing,technic,and management,and two channels,namely the provincial-tier and the basic-tier.In 2022,Fujian has entered the deepening reform stage of scientific evaluation based on clinical workload and performance results in due form.The reform process in the new era continues to face new situations and challenges,and should be properly addressed with systematic ap-proach.It is critical to focus on the basic principles and key elements of reform in the concept,base on the established foundation and advantages in the direction of reform,and accelerate the refinement and application of evaluation indicators in the policy im-plementation,so as to comprehensively reinforce the implementation and efficacy of reform.
