Current status and influencing factors related to medical service capabilities of pri-mary medical institutions in Zhangzhou
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors related to medical service capabilities of primary medical institutions in Zhangzhou city and provide reference for further improvement of medical service capabilities of primary medical institutions,thus promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The medical service capacity of all primary medical institutions in 15 counties of Zhangzhou city in 2022 was investigated and analyzed.The related factors affecting the service ability of primary medical institutions were studied through single factor and multi-factor linear regression analysis.Results The community healthcare center of Zhangzhou city had a higher number of outpatients,open beds,and health techni-cians,while township hospitals had more inpatients and rural doctors.Multivariate analysis revealed that there was a significant correlation between the number of open beds,staff with bachelor's degree or above,pharmacists,number of laboratory test i-tems,and the amount of consultation and treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion There are disparities in the service capacity among primary medical institutions in Zhangzhou city.Therefore,it is essential to further promote the allocation of high-quality medical resources at the primary level to enhance their service capacity.
