The rural grassroots party organization is the core of leadership in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Its role is directly related to both the party's ruling foundation in rural areas and the process of rural social development.There-fore,efforts to improve the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations can ensure that the party can effectively play the role of a fighting fortress in promoting rural revitalization.However,the current rural grassroots party organizations still have deficiencies in political leadership,ideological leadership,and service to the masses,which restricts the improvement of organizational strength.Therefore,in the face of the current problems,we should start from strengthening political leadership,enhancing ideological leadership,and improving the ability to serve the masses.We should effectively enhance the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations and provide a strong organizational guarantee for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
