Artificial intelligence technology has developed rapidly in recent years.While improving the convenience of labor,it also has a certain impact on the current legal system.In particular,artificial intelligence products presently align with the ex-ternal characteristics of objects protected under intellectual property laws.Consequently,numerous scholars argue that they war-rant protection as intellectual property rights,sparking considerable debate.Taking into account the value pursuit of intellectual property law,the stability of the system,and the internal requirements of the objects it protects,this paper proposes denying in-tellectual property attributes of artificial intelligence products.Instead,it suggests affirming their legal status as fruits and estab-lishing a civil protection framework under the concept of"fruits mode."
