Intangible cultural heritage is an important resource of rural cultural governance.Promoting the activation of intan-gible cultural heritage plays an important role in fostering a sense of community within villages,stabilizing rural order,ensuring people's cultural needs,and promoting rural cultural governance in an orderly manner.Currently,certain intangible cultural her-itages in rural areas confront challenges such as diminished governance capabilities,the absence of safeguarding entities,and di-minishing activity venues.These obstacles impede the systematic development of rural cultural governance.Therefore,it is sug-gested to activate the governance factors contained in intangible cultural heritage and to enrich the content of rural cultural gov-ernance;to implement the main responsibility of intangible cultural heritage and establish a multi-collaborative cultural gover-nance system;to strengthen the cultural system construction of intangible cultural heritage and to improve the framework of rural cultural governance,so as to build a new pattern of rural cultural governance by activating intangible cultural heritage.
