Assessment of the Efficiency of Public Cultural Services in the Zang-Qiang-Yi Corridor from the Perspective of High-Quality Development
This study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of public cultural services in the Zang-Qiang-Yi national cultur-al corridor from 2014 to 2019 from the perspective of high-quality development.Taking seven provinces(regions)along the cor-ridor as the research objects,we constructed an evaluation index system for public cultural service effectiveness.Through the ap-plication of the entropy-weighted TOPSIS model,we assessed the level of public cultural service effectiveness in the regions or provinces.Additionally,we identified obstacle factors impacting the effectiveness of public cultural services using the obstacle degree model. The findings reveal several key insights:(1)Overall,the effectiveness of public cultural services in the Zang-Qiang-Yi national cultural corridor is increasing, albeit with significant absolute disparities between regions, while relative dis-parities are diminishing;(2)The spatial distribution of public cultural service effectiveness across the corridor exhibits a distinc-tive"high in the east and low in the west"pattern;(3)While there are regional differences in the barriers to the effectiveness of public cultural services, these differences are relatively minor.Considering the significant disparities in public cultural service effectiveness and identified obstacles, such recommendations are proposed as implementing differentiated development strate-gies,optimizing and integrating resource allocation, and expediting the digitalization of public cultural services.
