Is it possible to introduce socio-legal approach in the research of evidence law?-On the evidence analysis pedagogy in evidence law teaching
The pedagogic system of evidence law in China has been set up with relatively stable and mature teaching contents after years of exploration and accumulation of experience.However,recent researches have cast some critics on this view.From the practical perspective,the criticism of the traditional pedagogy of evidence law that evidence analysis has not been paid much attention,is worthy of further discussion.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to set evidence analysis as core pedagogy in evidence law teaching.It also demonstrates the value of introducing the method of social science study of law(Socio-Legal Approach)into the teaching and academic research of evidence law.It is expected that this paper may help broaden and deepen the teaching and research of evidence law in China,and provide some beneficial insights into the meta-question of what evidence law is.
