煤矿井下壁面封堵涂料的制备试验

摘要
为了有效抑制煤矿井下瓦斯气体涌出,本文通过考察不同种类聚合物乳液和液粉比对瓦斯封堵涂料性能(包括表干时间、实干时间、断裂伸长率、抗拉强度、吸水率、耐火性)的影响,研制出一种新型聚合物水泥类煤矿井下瓦斯封堵涂料.结果表明:添加S400F乳液的涂层性能最好,且成本较低,最适合用于制备煤矿井下封堵涂料;随着液粉比的增大,涂层抗拉强度降低,断裂伸长率升高,防水性得到改善,但涂层干燥时间会变长,耐火性也相应变差.因此,表层材料宜采用0.4~0.5的液粉比,底层材料宜采用0.2左右的液粉比.
Abstract
In order to suppress the gas emission in coal mine efficiently,a new type of coal mine gas seal coating is developed.The properties of gas sealing coating were investigated by different kinds of polymer emulsion and liquid powder ratio in this paper (including surface dry time,action time,elongation at break,tensile strength,water absorption,fire resistance).The results shows that S400F emulsion is the most suitable emulsion for coal mine plugging coating preparation,which can ensure the performance of gas sealing coating and the cost is low;tensile strength of the coating decreases with the increase of ratio of liquid to powder,and elongation at break increases,waterproof improves as well,but drying time of coating will grow and fire resistance will also corresponding poor.Therefore,the suitable liquid powder ratio of surface material should be between 0.4 ~ 0.5,the liquid powder ratio of bottom material is appropriate to use about 0.2.
