摘要
针对装配式剪力墙结构研发一种附着式升降施工平台.为了研究平台在 0、0.5、1、1.5、2、3 kN/m2使用工况下力学性能,进行了室外足尺试验研究和3D有限元模型仿真分析.结果表明:8 m机位跨度平台活荷载控制在 4 kN/m2 以内,平台荷载多由第 2 步桁架和脚手板承担;建立的 3D有限元模型能够准确模拟试验,结果准确可靠.
Abstract
An attached lifting construction platform is developed for the assembled shear wall structure.In order to study the mechanical properties of the platform under the working conditions of 0,0.5,1,1.5,2,3 kN/m2,outdoor full-scale test research and 3D finite element model simulation analysis were carried out.The results show that the live load of the 8 m-span platform is controlled within 4 kN/m2,and the platform load is mostly borne by the second step truss and the scaffold.The established 3D finite element model can accurately simulate the test,and the results are accurate and reliable.
