摘要

针对用于地铁车辆段检修库的新型装配式混凝土空心检修柱,分别制作预制混凝土空心柱、预制混凝土实心柱及现浇混凝土空心柱试件,采用拟静力试验及有限元数值模拟,对其抗震性能进行对比研究.结果表明:试件破坏形态均为剪弯破坏,承载能力及退化性能较为接近,变形能力好,但装配式空心试件耗能能力及延性略差;对于装配式混凝土空心检修柱,可以将其截面简化成工字形,采用规范中的公式来计算承载力;与装配式混凝土实心柱相比,装配式混凝土空心柱可以大幅度节约材料,且基本上实现了"等同现浇";当轴压比变大时,装配式混凝土空心柱水平承载力先变大后变小,耗能能力变差.

Abstract

To study seismic performance of the hollow precast concrete column used in the metro overhauling depot,three specimens including a hollow precast concrete column,a solid precast concrete column and a hollow cast-in-situ concrete column were constructed and investigated through pseudo-static test and finite element simulation.The results show that the failure modes of the specimens are all flexure-shear type.In addition,the bearing capacity and degradation performance are similar,and the deformation ability is good.However,the energy dissipation capacity and ductility of the hollow precast specimen is relatively poorer.For the hollow precast concrete column,the section can be simplified into an I-shaped one to compute the bearing capacity using the formulas in the code.Compared with the solid precast concrete column,the hollow one has a great advantage of saving materials while emulating the cast-in-situ one.As the axial compressive ratio increases,the bearing capacity of the hollow precast concrete column rises first and then drops while the energy dissipation capacity decreases.
