Research on Construction Technology of Prestressed Steel Reinforced Concrete Composite Structure for Large-span and Large-space Buildings
The construction process of prestressed steel-concrete composite structures is easily affected by factors such as material properties, structural load-bearing capacity, and ultimate state, which can lead to a decrease in bearing capacity. Therefore, research is needed on the construction technology of prestressed steel-concrete composite structures for large-span and large space buildings.Adopting the post tensioned and bonded prestressing construction method, concrete pouring is carried out through the setting of drainage holes, grouting holes, water distribution pipes, etc. After reaching the design strength standard, the prestressed steel is tensioned.Inject grout into the prestressed ducts to form a prestressed steel-concrete composite structure. The results show that the crack resistance and plastic internal force distribution of steel-concrete composite structures are significantly improved, making the steel-concrete composite structure have high bearing capacity and good crack closure performance.
