羰基镍包石墨对铜基-石墨密封复合材料性能的影响

摘要
目前用于航空器机械密封环的软质材料虽然在一定程度上满足了使用要求,但随着现代航空业的高速发展,这些材料存在的弊端也逐渐显现,成为亟待解决的难题.为此,实验采用有机金属化学气相沉积( MOCVD)包覆改性和粉末冶金技术制备了一种高性能铜基-石墨密封复合材料,详细研究了羰基镍包石墨含量对其机械力学性能和摩擦学性能的影响,并对该复合材料的密封性能和热膨胀系数进行了测试分析.结果表明:当羰基镍包石墨含量为8%时,复合材料具有优异的机械力学性能和摩擦学性能;与纯石墨为润滑组元的复合材料相比,该复合材料的密度可提高20%以上,抗弯强度提高31%,压溃强度提高41%,硬度提高27%,摩擦因数降低0.05以上,磨损率降低0.46%/h;同时,该复合材料具有优异的密封性能.
Abstract
At present,although the soft rotor shaft sealing materials used for spacecraft have met the require-ments to a certain extent,with the rapid development of modem spacecraft industry,the drawbacks of these mate-rials have gradually emerged,and have become a problem to be solved. With the aim of obtaining a soft rotor shaft sealing material with excellent comprehensive performance for spacecraft,a high-performance copper-graph-ite sealing composite material was prepared by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) coating modi-fication and powder metallurgy technology,and the effect of carbonyl nickel-coated graphite content on its me-chanical properties and tribological properties were studied in detail,and its sealing performance and thermal ex-pansion coefficient of the composite material were analyzed. The result shows that when the content of carbonyl nickel-coated graphite is 8%,the composite material possesses high mechanical properties and excellent tribologi-cal properties. Compared with pure graphite as the lubricant,its density increases by more than 20%,the bending strength by 31%,the crushing strength by 41%,the hardness by 27%,and the friction coefficient is reduced by more than 0.05,the wear rate by 0.46%/h,meanwhile,it also has excellent sealing performance.
