增材制造技术在零件构型快速试制迭代、复杂零件一体化成形和结构减重等方面具有极大的应用优势,随着民用航空领域的发展,对激光增材制造提出了更多的需求.金属粉末作为增材制造的基础,对激光增材制造的质量的影响很关键.综述以民用航空用钛合金粉末为对象,梳理了增材制造金属粉末的制备工艺及其性能评价,对照适航级品质的要求,阐述了增材制造钛合金粉末在民用航空中研究和应用进展,并分析了制约增材制造金属粉末在民机进一步批产应用的瓶颈和挑战.
Research and application progress of airworthiness grade titanium alloy powder for additive manufacturing in the field of civil aviation
Additive manufacturing technology has great application advantages in rapid trial and iteration of part configuration,integrated forming of complex parts,and structural weight reduction. With the development of civ-il aviation,more demands have been put forward for laser additive manufacturing. Metal powder,as the founda-tion of additive manufacturing,plays a crucial role in the quality of laser additive manufacturing. This article takes titanium alloy powder for civil aviation as the object,sorts out the preparation process and performance evaluation of additive manufacturing metal powder,compares the requirements of airworthiness quality,elabo-rates on the research and application progress of additive manufacturing titanium alloy powder in civil aviation,and analyzes the bottlenecks and challenges that restrict the further batch production and application of additive manufacturing metal powder in civil aircraft.
