选区激光熔化Al-Mg-Sc-Zr研究进展

铝合金具有低密度和高强度质量比的特点,在工业上被广泛采用.但由于传统高强铝合金凝固过程中易出现热裂纹,导致增材制造高强铝合金发展相对缓慢,目前只有极少数高强度铝合金可以通过选区激光熔化成形技术加工.重点综述了当前选区激光熔化成形高强铝合金的种类、成形工艺及性能三个方面的研究进展,总结了添加Zr和Sc元素来抑制凝固裂纹、提高强度成为当前选区激光熔化成形高强铝合金材料研发的趋势,归纳了当前选区激光熔化成形高强铝合金的成形工艺取得的进展及存在的不足,结合性能论述了选区激光熔化成形高强铝合金Zr和Sc等添加元素的作用机制,并指出了选区激光熔化成形高强铝合金的未来发展趋势.
Research status of selective laser melting of Al-Mg-Sc-Zr alloy
Aluminium alloys are widely used in industry because of their low density and high strength-to-mass ratio. However,due to the susceptibility to thermal cracking during the solidification process of traditional high-strength aluminium alloys,the development of additively manufactured high-strength aluminium alloys has been relatively slow,and only very few high-strength aluminium alloys can be processed by selective zone laser melt-ing at present. The research progress of the types,forming process and performance of selective laser melting high-strength aluminium alloys is summarized,and it is concluded that the addition of Zr and Sc elements to inhibit solidification cracks and improve the strength of high-strength aluminium alloys has become a trend in the research and development of selective laser melting high-strength aluminium alloys. The research status of the forming process of selective laser melting high-strength aluminium alloys and the performance of selective laser melting high-strength aluminium alloys are discussed. The mechanism of adding elements such as Zr and Sc in selective laser melting high strength aluminium alloys is discussed,and the future development trend of selective laser melting high strength aluminium alloys is pointed out.
