钨铜复合材料制备技术及组织性能研究进展

钨铜复合材料是由钨和铜复合而成的一种结构功能一体化材料,既具有高的硬度、强度、热稳定性、耐磨性能,还具有低的热膨胀系数、良好的耐烧蚀性能和传导性能,在电子电工、航空航天和武器装备等工业领域得到了广泛应用.商用钨铜复合材料大多通过高温熔渗或液相烧结法制备,具有组织结构粗大,力学性能较低的特点.随着我国工业现代化水平的不断推进,各行各业均得到了迅猛发展,也对钨铜复合材料的综合性能提出了更高的要求.近年来,钨铜粉末及块材制备技术得到了广泛研究,推动了钨铜复合材料的快速发展.本文对钨铜复合材料的多种粉末制备技术和成形技术的原理、特点,以及制备的钨铜复合材料的组织和性能进行了总结和评述,并对钨铜复合材料的未来发展趋势进行了展望.
Progress on the preparation technology,microstructure and properties of W-Cu composites
W-Cu composites is a structural and functional integrated material composed of W and Cu,exhibiting exceptional properties such as high hardness,strength,thermal stability,wear resistance,low coefficient of ther-mal expansion,good ablative resistance and conductivity.It finds extensive applications in electronic,electrical,aerospace and military industries.However,commercial W-Cu composites prepared through high temperature in-filtration or liquid phase sintering often possess coarse structures with inferior mechanical properties.As China's industrial modernization progresses rapidly,higher requirements are also put forward for the comprehensive properties of W-Cu composites.As a result,the preparation technology of W-Cu powder and blocks has greatly accelerated the development of W-Cu composites in recent years.This review summarizes the mechanisms and characteristics of different forming technologies and powder preparation techniques for W-Cu composites,along with an analysis of their microstructure and properties.Finally,future trends for the development of W-Cu com-posites are discussed.
