Preparation and microwave absorbing properties of flake micro nano reduced iron powder
The 400 mesh spherical reduced iron powder was used as raw material,and 2 mm diameter stain-less steel grinding balls were used to grind it,and the micro-morphology was characterised by SEM and XRD.The results show that the components of the reduced iron powder are unchanged after ball milling,and it is a flat lamellar structure,with the thickness of the lamellar layer of about 200 nm.A vector network analyzer is used to test the wave absorbing performance of the coating corresponding to about 1.5 mm by the bowing method in the frequency range of 6~18 GHz.18 GHz,the lowest reflectance at 12.15,14.95 and 11.95 GHz reaches-13.9,-15.4 and-16.1 dB,respectively,and the effective wave-absorbing frequency bands are 9.6-14.2,9.4-16.3 and 9.1-14.5 GHz,with the bandwidths of 4.6,6.9 and 5.4 GHz,respectively.With the increase of the thickness,the wave-absorbing performance increases accordingly and the wave-absorbing band moves to the low-frequency direction.
