摘要
稀土永磁辐射取向整体磁环是一类重要的永磁材料,广泛应用于高端机电产品、精密测量仪器仪表以及尖端国防装备等领域.辐向整体永磁环制备技术的提升对促进我国先进装备的跨越式发展具有重要意义.本文从磁环材料、制备工艺和取向方式三个方面介绍了稀土整体永磁环的分类和特点.重点围绕烧结稀土辐向整体永磁环的辐向成形工艺和力学特征,阐述了当前的研究进展.这些进展为高性能烧结稀土辐向环技术的发展提供了新的思路.
Abstract
Rare-earth permanent magnet radiation-oriented integral magnetic rings are a crucial type of perma-nent magnet material,widely utilized in high-end electromechanical products,precision measuring instruments,and advanced defense technologies,among other fields.The advancement of radial integral permanent magnet ring preparation technology is of significant importance for promoting the leapfrog development of China's ad-vanced equipment.This article introduces the classification and characteristics of rare earth integral permanent magnetic rings from three aspects:magnetic ring materials,preparation processes,and orientation methods.It fo-cuses on the current research progress of the radial forming process and mechanical properties of sintered rare earth radial integral permanent magnetic rings.These advancements provide new ideas for the development of high-performance sintered rare earth radial ring technology.
