气雾化制备TiSi2球形合金粉末及其性能研究

将0级海绵钛颗粒和结晶硅按照Ti-52Si(质量分数,%)的成分进行配比作为原料装入水冷铜坩埚中,经过中频感应加热熔炼-高压气体雾化-冷却等流程制备出球形TiSi2粉末.对粉末的物理性能、表面形貌、物相含量等进行测定和分析表征.结果表明,本研究制备的TiSi2球形粉末尺寸主要集中在15~150 μm之间,粉末尺寸小于150 μm的收率大于95%;TiSi2合金粉末和TiSi2凝壳主要以C49相为主,因冷却速率极快,未出现C54相;随着粉末粒径减小,粉末表面凝固组织逐渐细化.
Preparation and properties of TiSi2 spherical alloy powder by atomization
Grade 0 titanium sponge particles and crystalline silicon were mixed into a water-cooled copper cruci-ble as raw materials according to the composition of Ti-52Si(wt.%),and spherical TiSi2 powder was prepared by intermediate frequency induction heating and smelting-high-pressure gas atomization-cooling.The physical prop-erties,surface morphology,and phase content of the powder were determined and analyzed.The results show that the size of the TiSi2 spherical powder prepared in this study is mainly distributed between 15~150 μm,and the yield of the powder size less than 150 μm was>95%.The TiSi2 alloy powder and TiSi2 condensate shell are mainly C49 phase,and the C54 phase does not appear due to the extremely fast cooling rate.As the particle size of the powder decreases,the solidified structure on the surface of the powder is gradually refined.
