非连续增强钛基复合材料研究现状及发展趋势

钛基复合材料由于具有低密度、高强度、优异的耐蚀性以及良好的高温性能等特点,在航空航天、汽车、生物医用等工程领域展现出广阔的应用前景.本文从不同增强相体系的角度出发总结了非连续增强钛基复合材料的研究现状,对不同增强相的选择设计、制备工艺及其对微观组织和力学性能的影响等研究成果进行归纳,并展望未来研究的发展趋势,为进一步改善非连续增强钛基复合材料的综合性能并拓展其应用领域提供参考借鉴.
Research status and development trend of discontinuous reinforced titanium matrix composites
Titanium matrix composites have shown broad application prospects in aerospace,automotive,bio-medical and other engineering fields because of their low density,high strength,excellent corrosion resistance and good high-temperature performance.This paper summarizes the research status of discontinuous reinforced titanium matrix composites from the perspective of different reinforced systems.The research results on the selection and design of different reinforcement phases,preparation process and their effects on microstructure and mechanical properties were summarized.Besides,the development trend of future research was prospected,which provided a reference for further improving the comprehensive properties of discontinuous reinforced titani-um matrix composites and expanding their application field.
